Flow - Train - Workshop
An Ashtanga based vinyasa class that includes drills and time to workshop inversions. Some experience in yoga or any movement modality is recommended. Variations and modifications will be offered for accessibility.
Led Primary
Primary Series is the first (of six) series in the Ashtanga Yoga lineage. This class is counted and guided by the teacher to ensure efficient movement and breath. Some yoga experience preferred.
Meditation
20 minutes of seated + silent meditation. Class begins with a short meditation prompt and will end with an opportunity for discussion - open to any who would like to share.
Half Led Primary
A modified and condensed Primary Series made to fit into a one hour class. Suitable for new to Ashtanga students and those short on time. All levels welcome!
